Voge brake disc diameters and caliper types by model
Front and rear disc diameter, caliper configuration and ABS channels for nineteen Voge models, and the shared brake package that runs across eight of them.
Disc diameter is the figure required when pricing a replacement, comparing two models or establishing why one motorcycle stops more firmly than another of similar appearance.
The brakes

Eight models share one brake package
The block from the 650DSX to the 500R carries 298 mm twin discs with twin piston floating calipers at the front and a single 240 mm disc at the rear, across eight motorcycles, four engine capacities and two body styles. The same arrangement appears on the 500R roadster, the 525ACX adventure model and the single cylinder 650DSX.
The practical consequence is that pads and discs suiting one of these frequently suit the others. Confirmation by part number remains necessary, but the starting assumption is that the components are common.
Two models above the pattern
The DS900X carries 305 mm at the front and a 265 mm rear disc, the largest rear disc in the range by 25 mm. It is also the heaviest model, at 238 kg with a load capacity of 205 kg, so the additional rear disc is carrying genuine weight.
The DS800X Rally goes further at the front with 310 mm while retaining the standard 240 mm rear.
The SR4 Max
Twin 265 mm discs at the front with four piston fixed calipers, more caliper than any other model listed, and a 265 mm rear. On a scooter of 1565 mm wheelbase carrying its weight low and rearward, a strong front brake is the logical specification.
Disconnectable ABS on the 300 Rally
Every model here that states an ABS specification uses a two channel system. The 300 Rally is the model whose manual describes the rear channel as disconnectable, which is relevant on loose surfaces where a locked rear wheel serves a purpose.
What the diameter establishes
A larger disc provides greater leverage, therefore more braking force for the same lever effort, and more surface area over which to dissipate heat. It does not by itself determine feel: pad compound, master cylinder ratio, hose construction and caliper stiffness all contribute, and a 298 mm disc with fresh fluid outperforms a 310 mm disc with fluid three years old.
That is the practical conclusion. The figure in this table is fixed for the life of the motorcycle. The two variables under the owner's control are the pads and the fluid.
