Voge part numbers for filters, brake pads, spark plugs and batteries

Original Voge part numbers for the service parts of the 300DS, 500DS, FR150, DS900X, SR3, CU525 and SR4 Max, taken from the official parts catalogues, how to read a Voge part number, and why aftermarket cross-references need care.

The quickest way to get the right service part from a dealer is the original part number. The numbers below come from the official Voge parts catalogues hosted on this site; one comes from a Voge dealer's listing and is marked as such.

SR4 Max - 150350061-0001 - - - - - -

Notes on the table:

  • 300DS oil filter: the catalogue lists 150350021-0001 as the secondary oil filter assembly, the paper element behind the round cover.
  • FR150 oil: the FR150 has an oil strainer screen rather than a paper filter; 150290046-0001 is that screen.
  • 500DS front pads: the twin front calipers take one pad set each, listed under two numbers.
  • DS900X oil filter: the DS900X parts list confirms 150350061-0001. The same number comes from a Spanish Voge dealer's listing for the SR4 Max from 2022; for the SR4 Max it is not backed by a parts catalogue, so confirm it with the dealer.
  • DS900X front pads: the list gives a quantity of 2 for 291710107-0001, one set for each front caliper. The spark plug is listed as LMAR9J-9E, the same NGK code as in the owner manual.
  • SR3 and CU525 oil filter: both lists call the part a secondary oil filter assembly, as the 300DS catalogue does.
  • No chain on the SR3 or CU525: the SR3 is a scooter whose CVT runs a belt, 193000072-0001. The CU525 list shows a belt final drive, with 193000061-0001 for the belt.
  • Supplier codes: some entries carry a supplier code rather than a Voge number: the SR3 spark plug (AC-005-1201-0009) and battery (AC-YT12A-BS, 12 V 9 Ah), the CU525 battery (AC-MBT9B4) and spark plug (printed as 299074470010) and the DS900X battery (31021200). Quote them exactly as printed.
  • Fuel filter: the same number, 170010035-0001, appears in the 300DS, 500DS, FR150 and CU525 lists.

A dash means the catalogue on this site does not list that part with a readable number. It does not mean the part does not exist.

How to read a Voge part number

Voge part numbers have nine digits, a hyphen and a four-digit suffix, for example 180130307-0001. The first nine digits identify the part; the suffix identifies the version. The 300DS and FR150 rear pads, for example, share the base number 292400017 with different suffixes, -0001 and -0004, and the shared base number alone does not show that one fits in place of the other. Quote the full number, suffix included.

Spark plugs and aftermarket parts

The spark plug is the one part whose maker's code is itself the cross-reference: an NGK plug with the code printed in the owner manual fits whichever shop sells it. The codes for each model are in Voge spark plugs.

For filters and brake pads, aftermarket makers do not yet list most Voge models in their own application guides. A filter sold as fitting a Voge has been matched by the seller, not by the filter maker. Compare it with the original by size and thread before fitting, and keep the original number for the dealer.

Brake pad wear limits are in Voge brake pads, chain sizes and link counts in Voge chain sizes, and the parts catalogues themselves can be downloaded from the documents page.
