Voge SR450X maintenance schedule and service intervals
The SR450X service plan: first service at 1,000 km, then every 6,000 km or six months, with the intervals for oil, filters, spark plug, belt, brake fluid and coolant.

The SR450X has its first service at 1,000 km. After that it is serviced every 6,000 km or every six months, whichever comes first. The intervals below come from the maintenance table in the Turkish owner manual and from the Loncin LX400T-A service manual.
The Turkish owner manual is a machine translation, and part of its table is printed out of line with the kilometre columns. Items whose interval cannot be read with certainty are listed separately rather than guessed.

Belt and rollers: follow the service manual
The owner manual table marks belt replacement at several services after 7,000 km, but those marks are not aligned with the kilometre columns. The service manual is explicit: the drive belt and the weight rollers are inspected and cleaned every 5,000 km or five months, and the belt is replaced at 10,000 km at the latest. Items to confirm with a dealer
The table also lists these items, but their marks are misprinted in the Turkish edition. Their timing is best confirmed with a Voge dealer:
- Valve clearance (intake 0.18 mm, exhaust 0.28 mm)
- Cleaning the throttle body, the CVT chamber and the breather screen
- Crankcase breather hose
- Ramp plate slider
- Steering bearing lubrication
